How it works at a company event
- Create the event in the Kept app. You get a six-letter code, a QR code, and print-ready table cards. Setup takes about five minutes, and it's you who owns the album, not whoever happened to start the group chat.
- Everyone scans and shoots. The camera opens in the browser on any phone. Each person joins by typing their name and gets a limited roll of shots, which turns photo-taking into a bit of a game: people hunt for moments instead of filming the buffet.
- The album opens when you say. Set the reveal for the end of the night and open it on the big screen, or the next morning so the best photos land in your recap. Until then the box stays sealed, so people shoot freely instead of curating themselves.
Why the usual ways keep failing

Is this workable under GDPR?

What happens to the photos afterwards?
The album stays browsable and the originals are free to download from day one, full resolution. Use them in the recap deck, the intranet post, or the year-in-review. Kept never charges to keep or export your own photos.
